These Boards are coated with Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch brush paint which is "Food Safe", subject to USA (FDA) & EU (EFSA) Food safety 2019, we also use New Zealand Natural Paint Company Wood Priming Oil which is also solvent-free, VOC free and is approved for use on Food preparation items under MPI (FCP ) & the Food Safety Act 2014.
